5: Operation steps and methods:
1. Before passing the plate, first measure whether the conductivity of the developer meets the standard (standard: 6080ms), and check whether all indicators meet the standard. At the same time, the protective rubber roller needs to be automatically cleaned for 5 minutes every morning to avoid plate jamming during plate passing.
2. If the plate processor is on standby for more than 1 hour, manually pass 3 waste plates before plate processing; during operation, the plate material should be aligned with the plate feed line on the plate processor and placed in parallel. The waste plate for plate passing should be flat, clean and scratch-free
3. After plate processing and gluing, check the removed plate material after drying. Check if there are any spots or scratches on the plate and if the plate is clean. Check if there are any missing or abnormal contents according to the attached blue paper. Use iCPlate plate measuring instrument to measure the specified dot data; 5%, 40%, 80%, 100%, and the acceptable measurement error is ±1.
Note:
The plate processor is turned on 24 hours a day. After a long vacation, clean the solution and glue tank, fill it with clean water, and then turn it off. When passing the plate, it must be placed face up and parallel to the plate punching port. It cannot be placed diagonally or upside down. Before publishing, check that all data meet the standards before publishing: If there is a plate jam, quickly press the emergency stop switch, then turn on the STOP emergency stop switch, and then turn the machine main switch to the 'position, press the plate ejection key to execute the plate ejection operation, and after the plate ejection is completed, the machine must be cleaned before re-publishing: Each time the solution is replaced, it cannot be directly discharged into the sewer, and the waste solution must be placed in the wastewater pool.
